Facebook Justin Bieber Scam

“I can’t believe a GIRL did this just because of Justin Bieber.”

This is the title of the latest “likejacking” / “clickjacking” scam thats hitting Facebook Bieber fans hard.

This message is being posted on Facebook walls enticing you to click on a video – but stay away from it.

It’s part of a massive “likejacking” scam that’s infected more than 25,000 users in just a few days. The link directs you to a fake YouTube page that claims to host the video has more than 2 million hits.

The scam works to redirect as many people as possible to websites where the scammers get paid the more people visit those sites. The web pages you end up at won’t contain anything to do with Justin Bieber and in some case contain viruses to infect the unknowing visitors.
